Rent with peace of mind

You can add up to three additional drivers to your rental booking. All drivers must be verified members of the Veekle platform before booking. The primary driver is responsible for all costs related to the booking. However, all drivers will be listed on the insurance agreement if an incident initiates a claim. Travelers can add additional drivers during the booking process before paying for the trip.

Veekle car owners may or may not require a security deposit. Security deposits are charged when you book your rental; if a claim arises you will be required to pay for the claim up to the security deposit amount.

Travelers should immediately let us know if they experience car issues. If the vehicle you picked up is different than you expected, notify us as soon as possible via hello@veekle.com. Veekle requires that owners maintain their vehicles in accordance with all laws and regulations regarding vehicle safety, condition, and operation. Vehicles should be thoroughly inspected before the start of your trip.

Veekle car owners have the autonomy to establish their own refund and cancellation policies, which can range from flexible, moderate, to strict. As a traveler, it's crucial to familiarize yourself with the owner's refund policy before making a booking. Please be aware that any cancellations or refunds that do not comply with the owner's cancellation policy cannot be negotiated.

Veekle offers 24/7 roadside assistant at no extra cost. Our partner will provide you with comprehensive, 24-hour emergency roadside and accident assistance no matter where you are on the island.

Members must be at least 23 years old (not older than 75) and meet our basic eligibility requirements to book or list a vehicle. Veekle cannot alter the age policy, and we advise members not to rent vehicles for other individuals; this is prohibited and can result in removal from our platform.
